REVISIONS

We will make unlimited changes to work that has been delivered, as long as you ask for them within seven business days of receiving it. In rare cases, you can ask for changes within 14 business days after talking to the account manager. These requests depend on how urgent the original order was, but they will be done in at least 24 hours.
The time it takes to make changes depends on how urgent the order is:

• Orders that need to be revised in less than 24 hours: 24-hour turnaround time.
• Orders that need to be revised in 24 to 48 hours: 48-hour turnaround.
• Orders that need to be revised in less than 48 hours: 72 hours.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
